Miami vs Vegas Crime Mastery

    Is the Miami or Vegas crime better for exp?
    I hope this information is helpful
    Both top crimes have the Mastery Level maxed out.

    Its hands down Miami.
    If the exp was 12,000 + for Vegas, it would be better.

    Late to the game but at least there seems like there is something to do in Miami in this game.

    Now to just gain 13 levels lol
