To help the GMs with their load, instead of mailing them directly with problems try and follow a few of these guidelines...
Post the following in support tickets:
- Gang leadership changes
- Money glitches
- Point glitches
- Other glitches
- Sales problems
- etc.
Do NOT use support tickets or mail the staff about the following:
- Abusive mail (use the REPORT button to report the mail)
- Abusive/inappropriate forum posts (use the REPORT button to report the post or thread)
- Bug reports
- Any glitches
Also, please do not mail the staff about any tiny issues that waste our time... If you have lost 1 point to a glitch, and that's it, then it's not worth our time to look into it.
If there are other things which you don't think a GM is able to handle, then mail it directly to myself rather than them so it's not double handled.

Not sure if Dave sucks this bad or if he simply don't have time to answer all the questions. Sounds to me like there needs to be more people in charge to get some of the questions answered. We do have REAL money in this game and when we have a problem we seemed to be screwed.:( And I'm not talking about the small petty shit problems neither. My 0.02 cents. Carey on..
