    This is an easy one and then we'll have a break for awhile.
    At 1.30am game time Im going to drop random amounts on offline players. Least being 5million, the cities will vary, so just watch the money hof or your search bars. When I have dumped 50mill, I will move to a lower level city with 30mill and you can mug me all you want.
