just a thought but u might want to do some things for the lower lvls cause they r the ones that will keep this game going. We needed the new cities for sure but lately it seems like all the changes have been made for the higher lvls. Granted they were needed but some new things need to added for ALL to enjoy.

Just a quick question:
What is the exact point of this?
It might just be me but i really can't see how adding even more cities will encourage people to play what is a dying game.
You could try looking in the suggestion forum. I'm sure you no where it is don't you? It's just that some great suggestions never get implemented and we get crap updates like this instead.

How about a 50/50 game where you either instantly gain a level or lose a level?
Or have a mail bomb that causes the user to go back 10 levels? 50 levels? start from scratch?
