When making your tickets be sure to place them in the right category.
Sales Tickets - Anything and Everything pertaining to PayPal or MoneyBookers. Please do not post here until you have waited at least 24 hours. Sometimes Pay-pay gets delayed and MoneyBookers gets done manually by the Admins when Payment is received.
Bugs - If anything happens due to a glitch in the game. It should be reported here. Not in sales or support... Don't ask you would be surprised
Support - Anything not covered in the other two categories
Furthermore. Guys you don't need to make two tickets for the same incident while your first ticket is still open. It is liable to clog things up and could even just get your tickets closed without the problem being solved.
If the ticket is still open we know it is there and will get to it as soon as we can. Some things do take time to fix.
