    I may have misinterpreted what he was saying.
    I thought he was trying to say the 100% vault means the gang doesn't need the activity. Been a shitty day, so my first thought was negative :nut:

    Yep, and considering I know for a fact that Que vault is 100% because I just worked hard to get it to where it is now, I would say it is one of the better gang choices at this moment in time
