how do i get things approved

   hey my friend has a md2 account and so do i.. well he is staying with me for 2 weeks.. and i posted a help questin and they said if we log into different accounts with the same ip name or whatever we could get banned.. he said maybe if we told the staff and they approved it.. who would i message to get it approved?
