    i use tiny pic but i wanna know if theres any better sites?

    sites that i can take two pictures and make a banner out of. pm me if you can help me thank you .

    Do you mean to upload pictures, or edit pictures?

    Photobucket seems to have better quality uploaded pictures, but that's my opinion.
