Where did my accounts go?

    I had accounts on MD1, 2, 3 and E and I can't log in to any of them. When I try to reset my password, it says there is no record of that email. I have not played for some time but that should not affect my account.

    the acc that were inactive for some time(long time) were deleted at some point....

    Once or twice, Dave did some inactive clearouts. Any account over 120 days inactive were deleted.*

    (SMALL PRINT)*Accounts may be saved if they spent thousands on MD or were a popular, well known player.

    My MD3 account had a bunch of money into it and a ton of points.... I can't imagine that they could just delete something that you paid for... they clearly had my email I signed up with. They couldn't shoot an email my way?

    I don't know. I completely agree with you. I've spoken to a few people that have been away a long time and came back to find their account deleted.
    I think emailing a month or two before deleting is a great idea, I'd take it to a support ticket as an idea... or the suggestion forums. I never thought of that idea, but I'd be pretty pissed off if I'd lost my account too.

    No. He was an HoF str/def player back in the day. Couldn't have been over 10th in totals. In fact, he was perhaps higher.

    Yes.. SUPERMAN was my account. HOF with overall stats.. TONS of points on the account. I got busy and did not play for a while. I am being told it was deleted. Where is this inactivity clause that allows them to delete accounts that are not being played despite the real money and time that was put into them?

    It's kind of stupid actually. What would be the point of me starting a new account at this point? No way I would put a dime into a new account. However, if I still had my good account, I would be here spending money.

    I wonder when the 90 day clause was added to the TOS. I never remember seeing anything like that.
