Starting at 475, what is the exp_needed_to_level based on?

its like 476K exp, 477K exp, 478K exp, then you reach level 475, and it goes crazy with numbers (500K exp, 700K exp, 800K exp, 1MIL exp)

lvl 499 is the oddest.. 7MIL
but lvl 500 and lvl 501 is only like 3MIL

And the reason it's 499 to 500 is so high is because when the level was capped at 500, it was a high exp needed to achieve that level. It wouldn't be fair to lower it when the cap was increased after some had needed 7M EXP.
