    Hi Akasha :mwah:

    There are a few theories on Rat of the Hour. Many say that it (and other awards) are actually random. I personally believe that that one may have to do will mails because every time I have won Rat of the Hour, I've done literally nothing else, but sent/received mail. (but that's my personal opinion)

    use to think it had to do with prison but the last 2-3 times I won it i did nothing but login, gang crime, logout OR login/check forum/logout

    this time was logged in, used energy/nerve, joined gang crime, logged out
