md1 - md2 link

    when you log out of md1 or md2 to go to the other server you come to the homepage where it says select server but in the dropdown menu it only has current server to select


    it just makes switching servers a little bit of trouble :tongue:


    my suggestion is to have a link to the other server in the side menu down near the edit account, contact list etc.. links
