You know if you give a person membership access and they DON'T have vault, they can't make their rank something with vault in it....... I think that should be the same thing when kicking. A person with a lower rank than someone who has vault can't kick the person with vault access.... Or you can make a rank system where the gang leader can actually rank the ranks.

Custom Rank can kick people below his rank but can't kick co-leader and so forth.

If you don't want someone kicking people with vault access.. Don't give them member access, simples.
