But with it being far too difficult to level a gang onto page one now, I propose we delete all gangs. If level doesn't matter, join in, you don't lose anything.
Why do it?
New gangs would emerge.
New competition for spot #1
New wars
Less major gangs, fewer, extremely active gangs
More fun.

Although Gang Vaults can store unlimited amounts of money in them, each Vault has a maximum amount of money that can be securely stored in it (ie. Unable to be robbed). A new gang will be able to securely store $100,000,000 in it, and this amount is increased every 10 levels the gang gains.
You can find out more informations about this when you click the [?] sign next to Vault Condition in the Vault of your gang

Creating new gangs wouldn't do shit. Just make this game even boring. Do you think we would attack people to gain 1 exp and see who kills more? Just create a gang with thanos and notorious poppa and you'll win, but it doesn't mean the rest of us are nerds that just attack attack attack.
