Here you can either challenge a gang to a war or accept a challenge placed against your gang.
Gang Leaders are the only people that can accept or place a challenge.
You can remove a challenge up until it has been accepted.
You can challenge as many gangs as you wish but only war with 1 gang at a time.
Bets can be a minimum of 100 points and a maximum of 5,000 points.
The winning gang earns 90%, 10% is taken by the police as a bribe.
Once the challenge is set, the other gang has 24 hours to accept the war or it will be auto-cancelled.
