    This is actually a great idea.

    Get the numbers up in the game, and if people make multis it still counts to the total players which will attract others.

    besides the multi thing.. I think it is an actual good solid idea just for the sake of it actually requires people to work for a medal instead of just buying cars or some of the lesser ones..
