    New drug Ketamine

    ++++ Defense (+40%)
    ++ Strength (+20%)
    - Speed (-10%)

    I base these stats on what I have witnessed IRL :haha:

    Maybe it could be something along the lines of

    +55% Strength
    +55% Defense
    -10% Speed

    Then Amphetamine could be added alongside it with

    +55% Strength
    -10% Defense
    +55% Speed

    That way they sort of compete with PCP - PCP providing a better boost overall, but these two providing a stronger boost in particular areas

    Well we already have Speed. But maybe could add Meth for that?
