    it would be a clicky located in the Actions box.

    you could send it to your target.. who would automatically receive its effects. which would be -20% on stats

    this used in combination with drugs could give a huge advantage.

    basicly sending someone a mickey.... NOT date-rape... just wanted to clarify :wink:
