Decrease the time in hospital

    I think we have many players online. The bunnys are highly contested and unequal status among the other players is great. Dampen a little time in the hospital for maybe 10 minutes would be helpful to new players and even for veterans

    If anything increase it to 30 minutes. Where people can get the full effects of the hossy.
