Nitrored @ 31 Jul 2012 04:07:29 PMALL account swaps/trades/sales MUST be noted and approved by an active online FM or GM BEFORE they take place. This includes the transferring of points/cash/items to and from the accounts being noted.
An active online FM or GM must hear from both parties involved before any account notes can be finalized. Both the buying/selling parties must be online when contacting an active online FM or GM. This ensures both accurate and complete information and that you are both available to move and not miss the given 24 hour windonw.
Here is a list of what MUST be included in account sale notes:
You should copy paste and fill out the following into your message to an active online FM or GM to ensure all the required info is actually sent.
If you are selling the account, please include the following:
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account you are moving from
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account moving to (if you will be creating a new account, please say so)
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account you are selling to
( xxx ) - Number of points staying in seller's account
( xxx ) - Amount of money staying in seller's account
( xxx ) - Number of points seller is taking with them
( xxx ) - Amount of money seller is taking with them
( ? ) - Reason for moving accounts
( ? ) - How was the account paid for

If you are buying the account, please include the following:

Nitrored @ 31 Jul 2012 04:07:55 PMThe above post is the "what you need to know and send to staff when you are ready" stuff. The post below is collection of other applicable rules you may find useful to know.
After it has been noted and approved, you will have 24 hours to do any transfers. The FM or GM will notify both parties. Any transfers made outside of this 24 hour period will be seen as same IP transfers and you will be banned. There should be no more logging into your old account after this 24 hours is up, or it could be considered a multi.
If you choose to sell the account you are moving from, you will have 30 days to do so. If 30 days pass, and the account has not sold, expect it to be banned.
Any time you move accounts, whether it be through swapping/trading/buying, you MUST stay in it for a minimum of 60 days before you are allowed to move to another. This 60 day period is non-negotiable with absolutely no exceptions.
If you sold an account and make a noob account, if you keep it under level 10 you may be allowed to move before 60 days is up.
Any NEW player, or player that has been away for atleast 60 days may move accounts at any time.
In addition to these rules, you may not move into an old account within 120 days of leaving it. So if you leave an account, you can't go back to it for AT LEAST 120 days!
- You may only advertise the sale of your account within your player profile.
- You are not allowed to make forum posts, newspaper listings, or set your name to "For Sale," or any other variant.
- We do not support the purchase of accounts and any account purchase/trade is 100% at your own risk. We can not and will not retrieve your old accounts if you were scammed.
- You may not purchase accounts for other players, this includes on different game servers or the server you have your account on.
- You may not purchase accounts with currency from another game or server.
You can never own a second account for any reason. You must always move into the account you are purchasing. Having the log in info temporarily to give it to another player is considered ownership and not allowable. -

Nitrored @ 31 Jul 2012 07:10:14 PMIts about making it easy. Suprisingly enough people are terrible at giving all the information asked for.
And those time zones and even worse a persons inactivity or RL commitments could make it so they dont even log on within the 24 hours you guys are limited to move in and send goodies to each other in.
Account sales have turned into something that takes days, when it should take minutes. This thread was an effort to get it back to minutes... get 3 people online... share ALL the info listed and wham bam thank you ma'am its done.
