The Abandoned Offices have been introduced to the game, available under the "Business District" section of the city. You can search through the offices to try and find things and you may encounter other random surprises.
In addition to this, there is a new rare weapon in the game that can only be found via the Downtown search and the Lucky Dip. This new rare only has a limited number of uses and is irreparable, but it will kill anyone who uses it in one go.
Be careful how you use it if you find one though, you'll be in a world of trouble if you attack people who can usually kill you... chances are they'll put you on their blacklist and you may not enjoy that!
