I've been playing around with gang ranks and vault today, and I've set it so that they work as following now:
- Gang leader is the only gang member able to add / edit / delete ranks.
- Any member with "Members" permissions in a gang is now only able to set another members rank as the same rank or a rank with lesser permissions than what they are.
- Vault permissions are back.
Please note that now vault permissions are back, any messages to admins, gm, or support regarding your gang being "scammed" will be ignored.
