    Since you are going by tiers if you get hit once thats all ur gonna get hit.

    And with them moving so fast you wont have the chance to get hit again, so everyone will on have 1 hit? and people are gonna use excuse that there hitting for comp so they wont pay.

    So really i dont understand it.
