    To answer the questions
~ The points that are there at higher than 15k will just stay, but no new ones can be added above the cap.

~You can seel as low as you want under the 15k, just not over it.

~No, I cant raise bank interest

~ Yes this is across all servers, so it is being consistent

it's not fair... too much rules make this game not interesting anymore......

I agree with [RIP] Harlequin. The problem is that the points market is there for players to make money. It uses the same principles as the real stock market. No one is going to sell for less than 15k as everyone can afford to pay 15k per point. I admit there was a problem of inflation but capping I don't believe is the answer.

    This is TERRIBLE.
I'm speaking as someone who has never played the points market.
I think that you should let the game play out as it will, not change the rules halfway through.
Imagine playing a game of scrabble, where at the midpoint someone said "all the double and triple bonus squares don't count".
Or a NFL game where they said "no rushing" at the half point.
All you established game tactics are forced to change.
    THIS CHANGES THE GAME.
And its not because of the users, it because of an arbitary ruling by the admin.
WE KNEW THE RULES WHEN WE STARTED.
There were better ways to do this poison, if you had increased the number of points when voting that would have increased the number on the market lowering price.
Maybe I should join one of the other mafia games instead, now that I know you'll just change things whenever.....

This was done to make it easier for the lower levels, as the points at 25k each was out of reach of most.
Bunny Spider I am far from arrogant, but I can be one hella bitch when pushed so keep ranting.

    well..well..well...

    no more "free market"...

why don't you just make it at fixed price...?

    *no hope*

This is a joke right? I mean all the high level players that have profited by the fluctuation in the points price AND NOW HAVE THEIR LPI'S are sitting pretty.

NOW THEY CAN BUY THEIR POINTS CHEAP TO TRAIN UP.

Sorry. You admins should not be manipulating the market. Thank goodness you don't control any real-life markets!

    points market is now empty.
