Support Tickets

    Just a reminder, when you file a support ticket can you please check it to see if there has been any questions asked. Sometimes we need more information than you give, the ticket then sits there because the person who lodged it never checks it. I will be closing all tickets that are over a week old even if they are waiting for replies tomorrow.
