When you file a support ticket, can you please make sure you add all relevant information.
Sending in tickets saying 'I got scammed', really tells us jack shit.
Also, sending in tickets saying you were scammed in a cross server trade and your angry...I mean come on guys, we need id numbers, names and times, logs if you have them.
We get approx. 70-100 tickets a DAY, so when you file one also dont bother messaging staff saying youve filed a ticket. It will get done as soon as we can, normally the turn around is 24-48 hours.
Last thing, please check your tickets to make sure we havent asked you to add any information that we may need.
Sales tickets about RM packs and Point Packs, please make sure you include the paypal or Moneybookers receipt.
