Official MD1/MDE Update

    Hi Everyone,

    I awoke this morning to hear that the server that the MD1+MDE databases are on had crashed.

    Paul has told me that initially he was able to bring the server back up, but there were still ongoing problems with it, so he had to boot it down until the server technicians could solve the problem.

    From what they have told me, the server has completely died, the hard drives, and hard drive controllers all failed. So now we have to wait until they can either restore function to the current hardware or set us up with a completely new server so that we may restore from a backup point.

    spend less on clothes and shoes and cars and more on stuff to prevent this

    so do they have a time frame of when they will get us back up and running?those are my main servers!when was the last backup made?did i as well as others lose all they have worked for?thanks for the update, some news(even bad news) is better than no news.
