MD2's $1B Mugfest!

  1. ❤~Someone~❤ @ 21 Apr 2010 09:18:52 AM
Good evening MD2! How are ya?

The people have spoken, and it's time to give you a little more detail on when, where and how the MD2 $1B Mug is going to go down. First of all, a brief FAQ:

    1. It will not be just one event, but a series of events scheduled to begin Friday, April 23rd, at about 10PM server time.

    2. The entire experience will last a full 24 hours, to give everyone a fair chance to participate in at least a few of the scheduled events.

    3. As the is an event for YOU, the players... the staff will not be the only ones hosting the mugs. Please keep a close eye on your mailbox during your online time Friday and Saturday, as you may be asked to hold cash.

    4. A pile of certs have been kindly provided by one of your GMs, so all mug hosts will be able to leave the hospital without spending their own.

So... what kind of mugs will be taking place? Here's just a few of the events we have planned for you:

In addition to several mugs scheduled to take place in Phoenix and San Jose, there will be at least one mug in every city from Houston on down. We have 2 rampage mugs scheduled, there will be at least one RM ONLY mug, several city hop mugs, and a few low level offline noobs will recieve cash. We may even drop cash on a banned player or two.

All told, it will be a very busy day, but we hope to make it fun for everyone.

Please take the time to thank Soar for the idea, and congratulations on accomplishing the goals we set out for you. They were not easy, but you've proven without a doubt that MD2 owns!
