    Hey Everyone,

    Just going to give you a brief overview into what's happening right now:
    - We're talking to the accounts to get all the paperwork side of hiring a full time admin to come into the game.
    - We're looking for a suitable admin from outside of the game who is a local to my area to work.
    - We're working on a full recode to greatly improve the site's performance in speed.
    - We're compiling a list of the suggestions and ideas from the suggestions board to potentially introduce into the recode.

    A few answers to potential questions about the recode:
    - No, your accounts will not be reset.
    - It will hopefully take a few weeks to get it all done perfectly.
    - It should help greatly reduce the sites lag.
    - With the lag gone, a lot of the current glitches will be gone.
    - The recode is happening from scratch, so no old cold is used.

    A few answers for the admin things:
    - We're not hiring from in-game.
    - They will be working full time, so roughly 9-5, or 4pm - 12am game time.
    - They will be working on games 1, 2, and 3.

    A few answers for the suggestions related questions:
    - We may post the list once it's further developed to get more feedback or to refine the ideas.
    - Please don't mail us about adding your ideas to the list or anything similar as we're looking over the boards ourselves.
    - We're not posting or commenting on the threads in the suggestions board.

    røvslikker, we have a few potential people already in sight, but we were planning on checking for people within the unis if need be.
