It's pretty easy, John.
If you sell suicides to buttloads of customers, insist that your customers bank all their money, and repeatedly suicide on your customers at roughly 10-15 minute intervals over prolonged periods, and send your customers notes telling them to bank please whenever they have cash out, then the chances are that you know their is a glitch and you are intentionally taking advantage of it.
Which is, I think, cheating.
Similarly, now that we actually know and understand how this works, I would imagine that if you or I purchased suicides from someone who exploited this glitch then we would also be benefiting from it and liable to being banned.
I don't think someone who takes three tries to get into hospital can really be considered in the same light.
