There seems to be a huge amount of account trading happening just now and I just wanted to outline a few things.
If you are ready to change to a different account, please inform an online member of staff, then wait on confirmation from them that it is ok to do so.
I logged-on this morning to find messages from several people saying that they were moving to other accounts and some of the details they gave me were very sketchy and confusing.
If you're moving accounts, staff need to know the account number you're moving from and the account number you are moving to.
It's also helpful for us to know what is happening with your old account after you move.. and where the other person from your new account has went to...
Some of these trades are confusing enough without realising we have missing information after the event has occurred.

After all the accounts have moved, one account is going to have to get deleted unless there was an account swap. You can only play 1 account.
