I have restored the database from what I was able to retrieve. Unfortunately, the last backup that was available to me to restore from was an absolutely stupid amount of time ago.
We've tried to get the accounts that were left here to a reasonable level, hopefully similar to what your current stats were. We'll be trying to get everything back to how it was, and as such, MD1 is going to be a total mess for a few days, possibly weeks, but we are endeavouring to get everything back to normal.
As with MDX, your credit from purchases will be available, but at 1.5x rather than 2.0x.
So please bare with us during this mess and refer to the Forums to help us out, please DO NOT post support tickets about your account restoration.
That was posted on the news on MD1 so I hope that helps you all here. We do not need support tickets about your account. If you had a more recent account, like within the last 5 months... it is not gonna be there.
If you had an older account, you may try that first. There is also a thread in MD1 under the temporary forum '---HELP RESTORE YOUR ACCOUNT---' that they are asking you to post your stats, etc. to help restore your account to where it should be. So please... no more tickets about this.
If you have to re-register over there to post your account details because your account is missing, then please do so. If you try to re-register and are told that the IP is already in use, look for an old account that you once had (speaking from experience, that is what happened to me.)
It may take some time, but they are doing the best that they can at the moment. Please be patient.
