    Be patient. That's the biggest thing. There are a shit ton of tickets up right now. We're trying to go through them as fast as we can, but it takes time.

    And nobody belives me about lvl and stats cuz all my friend have been deleted and I have just 1 guy to confirm my stats

    If you all are impatient it will make the GM's not wanna help you as fast filing multiple tickets and making tons of threads about your account only make getting your stuff alot slower and make everyone suffer cause they have to sift through all the multiple thread to find people. So the key word is patience. It will be back to normal in no time.

    BO is doing an outstanding job.

    My account was back to normal in a very fast and professional manner.

    Yes i lost alot of inventory, but the main thing is my stats and level are back to normal.
