    When was the backup from - I'm down around 1000pts that I traded so I guess its around 24hrs is it?

    If we can prove the traded points from the other servers can we get them back or are they just lost?

    Lost oh about 2000 points from buy and mugs, which there were forum threads about .... I'm not going to cry, but should we start taken screen shots every day ?

    Thanks Dave - so are we confident now we're not going to have similar problems again shortly... ?

    And any word on people getting things back with proof - or is just people that paid through PayPal/Moneybookers.... might save your guys a lot of time if this is cleared up early on :)

    I'm not 100% certain, but this time we've got MD1/MDX databases on separate servers, and the MD1 server has a completely different setup this time...

    I'm really hoping this problem doesn't occur again. Hardware failure is the worst >_<
