that is pretty stupid,
specially with a max bank so low.
what you have don is taken the points market fee and placed it on the poorer and smaller people. how can anyone ever compete or try to work thier way up when they don't have the same chances everyone else had.

Dave, some gang vaults are full. I had to leave my gang to save up for an LPI because it's vault was full. If you're really trying to increase teamwork, why not just raise the vault cap? Or maybe our own bank cap? C'mon now.

The reason i started my own gang was because i wasn't prepared to pay $1million per upgrade.
I can't get any new members to join my gang, so i suffer now.

The tax on the points were stupid too, not like we're getting that money back. Un-believable with this crap going on now.
