    i did it 3 September around 03:00 AM game time, just before day update. I couldn't do it again whole 4th Sept, and i still can't. i wonder what's wrong, maybe in some magical way the roulette is just not synchronized with day update, so it still thinks it's the same day and it can't be played again.. :D
