    Hi all,

    This update we've got a few more changes that are mostly geared towards helping give the new faces a leg up in the game.

    Added:
    - New "Buy Paul A Cider" package in Upgrade store

    Changed:
    - Chance of going to prison significantly reduced for characters under level 100
    - Prison times significantly reduced for characters under level 100
    - New signups get larger number of Dealer Points
    - Nerve recovery rates are now staggered based on the level of the character:
    ---> Level 1 - 49: 100% recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 50 - 74: 75% recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 75 - 99: 50% recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 100+: 20% recovered every 5 minutes
    - Energy recovery rates are now staggered based on the level of the character (non-RM / RM):
    ---> Level 1 - 49: 60% / 100% recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 50 - 74: 45% / 75% recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 75 - 99: 30% / 50% recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 100+: 15% / 25% recovered every 5 minutes
    - Awake recovery rates are now staggered based on the level of the character:
    ---> Level 1 - 49: 100 awake recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 50 - 74: 70 awake recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 75 - 99: 40 awake recovered every 5 minutes
    ---> Level 100+: 7 awake recovered every 5 minutes

    Fixed:
    - Fixed issue with "Forum Whores" and "Currently Browsing" player lists in forum
