The World Health Association Trust (WHAT) has put forward The Purge Law to be introduced. Governments from around the world have enacted the new law; in an attempt to reduce overall world casualties throughout the year. There will be a bloodbath to get peoples' anger out and reduce stress and frustration. Through scientific calculations, it has been determined that there should be a 3.14159265359% reduction in deaths. They decided this over a lovely apple pie.
Earn a temporary EXP boost each time you start a fight and send a mobster to hospital! +5 minutes per successful attack up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
+10% EXP boost to mobsters at level 500 and over.
+15% EXP boost to mobsters at level 400 and over.
+20% EXP boost to mobsters at level 300 and over.
+25% EXP boost to mobsters at level 200 and over.
+30% EXP boost to mobsters at level 100 and over.
+35% EXP boost to mobsters at level 99 and under.
