what happens with the dealer points ?

Dealer points are unfortunately stuck, since most people have 1 account thats trained and other accounts that trade, most of most peoples points arent dealers points anyways... but again they are exactly what they are described as non-transferable.
The 60 day wait period will be waved for a short period of time in most case. Most cases meaning you can move once ignoring the 60 day rule since the announcement of the merge.

ok how long will i have to transfer my stuff from here to mde? after i log out from here in about an hour i probably won't be back on until next monday.

It seems most likely that this will follow the same procedure as the last server merge, meaning 3 days will likely be given. It will be explained in a news post when the server comes back up.
