Monday Workout [Event 22 April 2024]

    Hi all,

    I invite everyone to join in on celebrating the Monday Before ANZAC Day Workout event!

    Is this still sort of like the other training events, you ask? Perhaps even like that The Wednesday Before Australia Day Workout from yonder yore? It most certainly is exactly like that, only today is Monday and the nearest holiday event is ANZAC Day.

    For the next 24 hours, all gym trains will earn a 15% boost (on top of any other gym modifiers you have active!)
