ALL account swaps/trades/sales MUST be noted and approved by an active GM or FM BEFORE they take place. This includes the transferring of points/cash/items to and from the accounts being noted.

An active online FM or GM must hear from both parties involved before any account notes can be finalized. Both the buying/selling parties must be online when contacting an active online FM or GM. This ensures both accurate and complete information and that you are both available to move and not miss the given 24 hour windonw.
Here is a list of what MUST be included in account sale notes:
You should copy paste and fill out the following into your message to an active online FM or GM to ensure all the required info is actually sent.
If you are selling the account, please include the following:
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account you are moving from
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account moving to (if you will be creating a new account, please say so)
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account you are selling to
( xxx ) - Number of points staying in seller's account
( xxx ) - Amount of money staying in seller's account
( xxx ) - Number of points seller is taking with them
( xxx ) - Amount of money seller is taking with them
( ? ) - Reason for moving accounts
( ? ) - How was the account paid for

If you are buying the account, please include the following:
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account you are moving from
( xxx ) - ID# of the Account you are moving to
( xxx ) - Number of points being moved to purchased account

( ? ) - What are you doing with your old account
( ? ) - How was the account paid for
If you choose to sell the account you are moving from, you will have 30 days to do so. If 30 days pass, and the account has not sold, expect it to be banned.

After it has been noted and approved, you will have 24 hours to do any transfers. Any transfers made outside of this 24 hour period will be seen as same IP transfers and you will be banned.
Any time you move accounts, whether it be through swapping/trading/buying, you MUST stay in it for a minimum of 60 days before you are allowed to move to another. This 60 day period is non-negotiable with absolutely no exceptions.
