why not use 'H' for ح it sounds the same.
and 'ain' for ع sound
atleast thats how we use them when we write urdu in english. -
correction
H doesnt sound same as ح but it can be used with other alphabets to make ح sound. -
its impossible the only way to pronounce a ح is to write 7 to indicate it
and we wont write ain ofc khtara3 will be khtaraain ? what is that ? it will make words IMPOSSIBLE to pronounce since u wont know what is for what
another example : 3aine means "my eye"
imagine im writing it as ainaine -
3aine can alone be written as ainee
You can just write arabic in english alphabets according to their pronunciation.
السلام عليكم we can write this as Assalam-o-Alaikum without using the 7 for ع here.
Same as in Urdu we have all the arabic alphabets + some more and we can write it in english words according to their pronunciation without using numbers.
Though there is one urdu alphabet that cannot be written using english words but thats not in arabic.
I am just curious on the use of number in arabic here -

correction...

salam my brothers
