    Non-player characters get moved to random cities :tongue:

    That doesn't make sense though. It requires a heckuvalot higher level to get there, so that person isn't going to give you any exp.

    are you sure they can't log in anymore? That would seem kinda stupid on daves part. The way I understood it, the account only stayed a NPC as long as the person didn't log back in.

    like this dude, by far the best account in the game is like 65 days inactive.

    I would think it would be against the law or something for a NPC to just take over this account if he went inactive and he would have no way to get it back. I mean the guy has put tons of money into it and it is still his account. Dave can't just take it and say "oh well, fuck you" I don't think.

    Actually, he can. The ToS is written in such a way that there actually is a Eff Ewe clause:

    MafiaDeath has the right to kill or delete accounts that have been inactive for a period of 90 days or more. Once an account has been removed for this reason, it can not be retrieved at any point thereafter.
