    like this dude, by far the best account in the game is like 65 days inactive.

    I would think it would be against the law or something for a NPC to just take over this account if he went inactive and he would have no way to get it back. I mean the guy has put tons of money into it and it is still his account. Dave can't just take it and say "oh well, fuck you" I don't think.


    Following on from what Kai says, if the rules were changed for him, Dave would breach his own TOS:
    - Players of MafiaDeath that donate have no extra rights and can't claim rights.

    So if they can't get these accounts back, Dave should raffle them off or sell them something. Would be good business for him I would think. Someone could buy the account and "donate" more money to him.

    Deleting an account, or NPCing it, is part of database maintenance... and people already get bothered enough about it, even though its a totally understandable process and it IS in the TOS.... but can you imagine the reaction if instead of maintaining the database, Dave was like "oh i gave it to that guy for 20 bucks... sucks to be you!" :scared:
