    What does the Medical Certificate does?

    its in the description, but it gets you 20 minutes less time in hospital :smile:

    What 91 said. There are also 5, 10 and 15 minute med certs.

    They are just hard to afford now ... later when people have more money... getting out of the ward faster will seem much more worth while.

    Certs are crucial. Use them and DONT question.
