This is a little late but I will go for it anyhow...
I think whenever a player/gang is deleted you should take the money/points that were in the vault or account and add that to the daily lottery...I would say at maybe 10% per day that way if there 70k pts it's spread out through several players...of course the game could take a cut out before adding it...I think that would get more people playing the lottery again in the off chance that it may be a big pay out...thus making the daily pot bigger again and the game gets its cut of that...
There are many gangs/accts being deleted with a lot of pts/money left due to the fact that higher level gangs can still have decent size vaults because they can still have millions secure at 0%...
