Alright, before the crash.. I came up with this idea.
Since SPI, PI, and LPI are land and not houses, I suggested that you would be able to have a land property and a house deed.
You only get 1 each!!!
Some people got that confused last time.. So let me be clear.
On one side you have land (or property) then on the other you have houses (deeds).
You must have a land to be able to purchase the house just like in RL.
So if you had a SPI you can start building a house on top of it. Like wise if you buy a PI or an LPI.
So the highest combination you can have is an LPI (property) with a Large Estate (deed).
Since the LPI has an awake of 10,000 and an LE has an awake of 4,850 you would have a combined total of 14,850
This way it helps cut down on expansion of the bank and still gives people a place to build up from.
So, if you move up from an SPI with a large estate here is how it works.
1 - Sell LE for $37,500,000
2 - Sell SPI for $62,500,000 (combined is $100 mil)
3 - Purchase LPI with an additional $180 mil
4 - Purchase LE for $70 mil or wait until you build up enough cash for it. But at least you would have half of it already started to conquer the rest of it.
Nitro... I know you expanded on the idea by 10 fold. Would you like to elaborate... when you aren't as busy with all the GM stuff you are doing.

This idea and my idea were fundamentally the same, I got my idea of this original thread and reworked the names and awake values.
The big difference is I more or less want to entirely scrap the existing system, make everyone homeless and pay some set fair rate to their bank accounts based off the sell price of the existing system. Id like to see many constant releases, every few months, but Id like to see the cost come way down. Additionally a house can only fit on a certain sized land and bigger... a mansion doesnt fit on a camp site.
Under the numbers I drew up, the best house today would be the small house, giving 12,000 awake, at a cost of approximately 120-150mil. What I mapped out gave us bi-monthly(i think) releases for 2 or 3 years, im sure more could be added to it.

yes he is.
In the spread sheet he had it would have even more land functions.
He had a beach front property and a lot else.
His was more functional though because depending on the land would determine the house you could put on it. Obviously the higher the land value, the higher the house.
