I think when nitro meant sell price.. that it would be the purchase price..
so dave WOULD sell them.. but if you get a LPI, you get the full 280 mil back.
If you bought a cardboard house, then you'd get the full 10k back and so on.
This is for a full revamp on the system though.
If it were simply an addition to the property and deed slots, there wouldn't be the need to do that.
With the property and deed system, the people who have houses now, would be able to get the equivalent property.

we just need new houses.. something costing about 500 million with 15,000 awake would be nice ;)

If we could have better equity in the property, custom or upgraded houses and interest in property value id be all for it.

wow I can't believe that after almost a year!!! (10 months really) this still hasn't been done, or deleted lol.
I thought it was a cool idea then, it is still a cool idea.

lol, posting after another year from my last post...
Still a great idea.. a lot of the comments where I talk about peoples negative points of view look like they died off the game or something.. so they don't really matter..
But just because someone brought up a similar idea and don't want to rewrite a lot of the info
