Rare weapons and armour

    I think they should be stronger than standard weapons so we can use the in battle rather than just collect them for looks. What say you men?

    The car rares are worth having as they add to your speed over standard parts.

    Make them the same as the current best weapons or maybe a small increase

    These new rares system Dave posted about must be broken because I didn't find any downtown or on luckydip. Must be broken. :sad:

    Because new players can't afford rare items. 2k points is a lot to a level 100 player, but 2k points is nothing to a level 520 player.

    Well if we're talking about the rares that Dave is gonna add in, then we don't know if they'll have a bigger bonus or not.
