What does everyone think about if gangs could take control of businesses, earn daily income from it and plus they get whatever the business produces, drugs, alcohol, gym boost, weapons?

Maybe something like gang crimes revamp ? Where the crimes successfully completed earn a variety of points / cash / items
Like the Australian Crime Tour gave out items.
Completing certain gang crimes gives out additional gym boost even

Something like that would work too, essentially it would just be a crime revamp.

Or you take gang cash/ points and invest it into a crime and possibly get more cash, points, items, or nothing/something worse than you put in. Make the risk/reward worth it though
